Vacation Mode

Vacation Store Closing is active from Jan 8th- Jan 15th.


While on holiday orders will not be shipped until we return on 1/16/18.

Shipping

All in stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after order is placed (not including weekends). 


Please note that we have estimated arrival times for pre order items to help keep you updated on their arrivals. All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers. Once shipped, your order status will update with available tracking numbers for your convenience. 


Should you not receive a notification or update regarding your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly look into your order. 

Return Policy

  

You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item MUST be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including attached tags ( if any). Only damaged goods will receive return labels. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, should you return any item.


Items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. WhatYaYaWears will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Your items need to have the in-store receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip). Returned packages without a proof of purchase will be shipped back to customers at their own expense.

WhatYaYaWears is not obligated to authorize a return for claims AFTER indicated dates.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made over email and include a picture of defect within 7 calendar days. Claim will not be honored otherwise. Any return not considered a damage will be returned at customer’s own expense.

No Refund Policy/Store Credit

Once we’ve received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then notify you on the status of your return after item inspection. If your return is approved, we’ll then initiate a store credit to your account unless otherwise noted/negotiated.


Refunds will NOT be issued.


All CLEARANCE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
